Refund Policy

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refunds, withdrawal rights, and chargebacks are handled by Paddle under their Refund Policy and Buyer Terms, together with the statutory consumer rights of your country of residence. We do not add additional conditions on top of Paddle's policy.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time using the Manage link in your account, which opens the Paddle customer portal. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access to supporter features until then, and you are not billed again after that.
Requesting a refund
To request a refund, contact Paddle directly through the customer portal (use the Manage link in your account), or email us at contact@reloflex.com or open a ticket on our Discord server and we will help you raise the request with Paddle. Eligibility and the final decision are governed by Paddle's policy linked above.
