Refund Policy

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refunds, withdrawal rights, and chargebacks are handled by Paddle under their Refund Policy and Buyer Terms, together with the statutory consumer rights of your country of residence. We do not add additional conditions on top of Paddle's policy.

Founder Pack (one-time purchase)

The Founder Pack is a single payment. It does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel.

• If the payment is refunded in full, or reversed through a chargeback, the Founder Pack is removed from your account: the “Founder since” badge disappears from your account page and the Founder role is removed on Discord.
• A partial refund does not remove the badge or the role.

Contender cancellation

Contender is a monthly payment sold from the Game’s public launch. You can cancel at any time using the Manage link in your account, which opens the Paddle customer portal. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access to Contender features until then, and you are not billed again after that.

Requesting a refund

To request a refund, contact Paddle directly (for Contender, through the customer portal behind the Manage link in your account; for the Founder Pack, through the link in your Paddle receipt email), or email us at contact@reloflex.com or open a ticket on our Discord server and we will help you raise the request with Paddle. Eligibility and the final decision are governed by Paddle's policy linked above.
