Terms of Service

1. Who we are

This website and the game “The Game That Ends It All” (the “Game”) are operated by Reloflex SRL (“Reloflex”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability company registered in Romania. By using this website or the Game you agree to these Terms.

2. Development status

The Game is in active development and has not had a public release. It is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features, content, names, and this website’s domain may change, be delayed, or be removed before launch. We do not guarantee availability, uptime, or that any particular feature will ship.

3. Accounts

You sign in using your Steam account via Valve’s authentication. You are responsible for activity under your account and for complying with the Steam Subscriber Agreement. We may suspend or terminate access for cheating, abuse, fraud, security risk, or unlawful use.

4. Supporting the project (recurring payment)

Supporting the project is optional and takes the form of a recurring monthly payment. The Game itself is free to download and play. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record and the seller of record for the transaction; Paddle’s buyer terms also apply at checkout. Your support:

  • is offered as monthly tiers (Contender, Founder, Architect) at the prices shown on the support page, tax included;
  • is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically until cancelled;
  • can be changed between tiers at any time — upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately and are prorated;
  • unlocks the supporter perks listed for your tier on the support page. We provide those perks while your support is active and for as long as the relevant feature exists; some perks depend on development progress and become available as the corresponding part of the Game ships;
  • funds ongoing development and server hosting. The game is being made either way; support helps us deliver faster. Beyond the tier perks above, no specific game feature, content, or release date is promised in exchange.

Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Price changes

The price of each supporter tier is shown on the support page, tax included. We may change those prices.

  • For anyone signing up, the price that applies is the one shown on the support page at the time of sign-up.
  • A price change is never retroactive. It does not affect a payment already taken, and a price increase never takes effect for the billing period you are currently in.
  • If we increase the price of a tier you already support — for example to reflect server-hosting or operating costs — Paddle, as Merchant of Record, will notify you in advance and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before any increased amount is charged. The increase takes effect only from a future billing period. If you do not accept it, you or Paddle may cancel your support with effect from the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged the higher price.
  • A price decrease takes effect at or before your next renewal.
  • The amount charged may also change to reflect a change in applicable VAT or other taxes.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Changes to supporter perks

The perks included with each tier are listed on the support page. Because the Game is in active development (see section 2), those perks may change over time.

  • We may add perks to a tier at any time.
  • Some perks depend on development progress and become available only as the corresponding part of the Game ships, as described in section 4.
  • We may change or remove a perk for a valid reason — for example, the underlying feature is delayed, reduced in scope, or removed; a third-party platform the perk relies on changes; or the perk is no longer reasonable for us to provide. A change to perks is never a reason for us to charge you more.
  • If we remove or materially reduce a perk in a way that significantly affects what your tier provides, we will inform you in advance on a durable medium (such as email), and you may cancel your support free of charge with effect from the date the change takes effect.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to cheat, exploit, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorised access to the Game or its services, and not to use them for harassment or any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

The Game, this website, and their content are owned by Reloflex or its licensors. These Terms grant you no ownership rights.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game and website are provided without warranties, and our liability is limited accordingly. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law that cannot be excluded.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is always posted here with the “Last updated” date above.
